      Flat Rate includes:

Annual Compliance Certification***
    To qualify for annual compliance certification pricing, units must be sent to Amrex
    within three months after warranty expiration or within one year of Amrex repair service.

        Standard includes:
  • calibration
  • electrical safety test
  • mechanical safety check
  • certificate of compliance
  • new transducer cable**
  • new packaging
  • UPS shipping and insurance
       Deluxe includes:
  • calibration
  • electrical safety test
  • mechanical safety check
  • certificate of compliance
  • new transducer cable**
  • new packaging
  • UPS shipping and insurance
  • new pad electrodes
  • new electrode cables
All units should be shipped to Amrex accompanied by all accessory items.
*    There will be an additional charge for replacement parts.  If parts cost is over $50, the customer will be notified.
**   Ultrasound models only.
***  The customer will be notified if a repair is required with an additional charge for replacement parts only (no additional
